We chose Willow Creek Wedding and Event Venue for a few reasons really. The location you choose for your event sets the tone and provides the foundation upon which you bring your vision to life. The setting is the unspoken backdrop, the decor you can’t alter, the feeling that it’s just right.

Your wedding should be unique and personalized to YOU. We are here to provide the blank canvas, experienced support, and some of the heavy lifting to make your day as special and stress-free as possible.

The planning.

This begins with bringing our event management experience and wedding industry knowledge straight to you. Whether it be vendor recommendations or floorplan assistance, we are here to support you in the planning process.

Within that planning, you have the freedom to truly design every element of your event. You’ll find flexible and accommodating policies here. Have your heart set on a caterer? Great, we don’t require the use of any in-house services. Want to include alcohol at your event? No problem, just make sure your chosen vendor has the license to serve and we’re good to go.

The space.

The day of your event will come with enough on the to-do list, so we’ve taken on a bit of the setup for you. We provide chairs and tables for one hundred guests (capacity is 150) and, using the floorplan map we’ll make together, we put all guest tables and chairs in place for you. Additionally, all of our spaces are made available to you – ceremony, reception, and indoor suites. Learn more about those below.

The venue is yours for a full twelve hours, 10am – 10pm, with an additional hour at the end to accommodate any necessary tear down. Staff is on-site for every event to assist with anything venue-related that may arise. We also provide trash cans and will handle all disposals.

Ceremony Area

A designated area curated with wedding ceremonies in mind. It has an elevated stage built into a landscaped terrace wall and our namesake Willow Creek as the backdrop. [View photo gallery]

Reception Spaces

Includes a 900 square foot raised deck with railing and pergola, a large grassy area surrounded by manicured landscaping and a canopy of trees, a smaller, separate grassy area for games, and a large firepit. [View photo gallery]

Bridal & Groom’s Suites

Located inside are two suites tailored for wedding parties. Upstairs overlooking the reception spaces is the bridal suite and on the first floor, a groom’s room with a TV and foosball table. [View photo gallery]
